I wanted to take this opportunity to send some kudos your way. I recently bought a brass brick home in Lone Oak Village; my first house! I had heard so many wonderful things about the quality of your homes and was eager to purchase one. The home I decided on is a little more than a year old and in a wonderful neighborhood. I have only been in this home for a little over a month when I discovered the carpet wet in my master closet. My realtor contacted a gentleman by the name of Mark Baldwin. Without hesitation Mark came to my home, discovered the problem, and had his team handle it immediately; no questions asked and no charge! Wow!!! We spoke for quite some time on our initial meeting and what a nice guy he is. You see I am in medical sales and customer service is everything in my profession. We differentiate ourselves from others by treating everyone with superior customer service. Mark Baldwin is just that for Brass Brick. I can’t stress to enough Ashley how impressed I am with Mark. Meeting someone from brass brick, I base the organization not only on the quality of homes but the individuals you come in contact with that work for your organization.

I love my home. When I wake up in the morning....I can't believe it is ours. Everyone asks me how I am enjoying it and I tell them that I feel as though I am house sitting for someone. I have never owned a house this beautiful. The details............the color...........I love every inch of it. Everyone that comes to visit us is amazed. I honestly can't believe we own it. I keep thinking it is all a dream.

As soon as we walked into a Brass Brick model home for the first time, we knew we had found our builder. Five years after moving into our own Brass Brick home, we continue to be thrilled with the style and quality of our house. The design details and modern features mean our antique furniture and high-tech electronic equipment are both equally at home here. And even after five years, we’re still getting that "wow" reaction whenever people visit us. Our house is much more to us than just a place to live. Dear Brass Brick,

Now that we’ve been in the house for six months and our little preemie baby has just begun to sleep through the night, we have been wanting to drop you a note about how happy we are with our new house.

We still look at other builders’ houses under construction and still feel Brass Brick has a much higher level of workmanship. We appreciate all the help and answered questions during the construction process. Pro Home has done an excellent job with the little things that have come up in the last six months. People that come over always compliment the tile work, trim and paint.
